At HIRO, we believe switching diaper brands should be simple — and risk-free. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Risk-Free Trial exclusively on your first HIRO's Journey Month Subscription Bundle purchase.

If you're not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order, we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings.

 


 

How It Works

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Offer applies only to first-time purchases of the HIRO's Journey Month Subscription Bundle.

  • Limit one refund per customer and per household.

  • Only one diaper bag may be opened; all other packs must remain sealed and included in the return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Submit your refund request through our Contact Form or by emailing support@hirotechnologies.com.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and confirmation that no more than one bag was opened.

Return Instructions:

  • We will provide you with return instructions after your request is reviewed.

  • Returned items must be postmarked within 10 days of your refund request approval.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 30 business days after we receive your return for the refund to reflect.

Important Notes:

  • Trial refunds apply only to the HIRO's Journey Month Subscription Bundle. All other products are excluded.

  • Offer available to U.S. customers only.

  • HIRO reserves the right to deny refund requests suspected of abuse or fraudulent activity.
