1. Overview
- HIRO Diapers ("we," "our," "us") provides an eco-friendly diaper subscription service.
- These Terms apply to all users, including shoppers, subscribers, and gift purchasers.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your contact details updated.
- We may limit or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms
A. Subscription Billing
- By purchasing a HIRO’s Journey Subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method every 4 weeks ($140 per cycle, $35/week equivalent).
- Subscription auto-renews until canceled.
B. Managing Your Subscription
- You may pause, skip, or change your delivery date via your Stay.ai customer portal.
- Size changes can be made before the next billing cycle.
- Gift subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew.
C. Payment Processing
- We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.
- If a payment fails, we may retry or pause your subscription until resolved.
4. Shipping & Delivery
A. Shipping Regions
- We only ship within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories).
B. Processing & Delivery
- Subscription boxes ship every week as part of a 4-week cycle.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.
C. Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping is included in the subscription price.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
A. Returns Policy
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened diaper or wipe packs.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@hirodiapers.com within 7 days for a replacement.
B. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle via your Stay.ai customer portal.
- Prepaid gift subscriptions cannot be refunded but can be transferred.
6. SMS & Email Communications
- By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to order updates, subscription management, and promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies, and standard carrier message & data rates apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
- Our SMS services comply with TCPA, CTIA, and CAN-SPAM laws via Sendlane.
7. Intellectual Property & Content
- All text, images, branding, and content on our Site are owned by HIRO Diapers.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability

- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities due to product use. Always consult a pediatrician.
- Carrier shipping delays beyond our control.
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
